Insane Roguelike winner. The build idea is mainly based on (Delmuir 2021), with my understanding of steam tinkers.

Force of Will

As the cited guide says, Deflection is super defensive, and Unseen Force is the main AoE button (its push back also helps against melee warriors, which are your biggest threaten)
Willful Strike is okay at 5, but not really worth the turn.
Blast is useful to use before Reproach if there are too many mobs.
Darkness
1/1/0/0 in late game.
Maybe it's useful, but the build is decent enough without this tree.
Shadows
5/5/5/1 ASAP, 5/5/5/5 at late game because nothing else to put point into
Punishment
floating at early game, 5/5/5/5 at mid game
Reproach is the main attack when usable, which has very short CD.
Hateful Whisper deals a huge damage to the main target. Use it when usable and reproach is not usable.
Agony deals DoT to and only to the target. Its range is super far, so it's a useful choice if the above 2 are in CDs and you are not melee to your target. Otherwise maybe just bumping.
One with Shadows
1/5/4/3 seems enough.
